Privacy
What this site collects, why, where it is stored, and the choices you have. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Who is responsible
Nelson Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Kullmann, Feuerbachstraße 26, 63452 Hanau, Deutschland, represented by Kyle Robert Nelson. For anything in this policy, write to hello@re-entry.ai.
Visiting the site
The site is hosted on Vercel. Serving a page technically requires processing your IP address; Vercel keeps standard server logs for security and operations. We also use Vercel's aggregated, cookie-free web analytics, which counts visits without building a profile of you.
Analytics you can decline
With your consent, and only with it, we run two analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 (page views, IP anonymised) and Amplitude (product usage: which pages and features are used). Neither loads before you choose Allow in the banner, and declining stores nothing except your choice itself, in a cookie kept for 180 days (§ 25 TTDSG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Amplitude does not receive your IP address from us, and its automatic capture of form contents and clicked text is switched off. Both providers process data on servers in the United States. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies; the banner will ask again.
Creating an account
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. When you register, Clerk processes your email address, optional name, and, if you use Google or Apple sign-in, the identity those providers confirm. Clerk sets session cookies that are strictly necessary for signing you in and therefore need no consent. Inside the product, your account is identified by an opaque ID, not your email.
Measuring a site you add
When you add a domain, we fetch its public homepage, derive the questions a buyer in your category would ask, put those questions to AI answer engines (currently OpenAI and Perplexity via their APIs), and store the answers, the derived questions, and the resulting measurements in our database (Neon, hosted on AWS in the United States). This is the product doing what it says; the legal basis is the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contacting us
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Postmark and stored in our database so we can answer follow-ups. We keep them until the conversation is closed and you ask us to delete it, or until they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Write to hello@re-entry.ai and we will act on it. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; for us that is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
